Awards
In 2004 Eastern boiler services won the Hawke’s Bay environmental awards for cleaner production from combustion work and tuning. In 2008 EBS was nominated for the New Zealand environmental awards for heat recovery projects with Godfrey Hurst on Heat recovery as well as Carbon dioxide reduction.
Past Work
The company has carried out many boiler installations within Hawkes Bay and extending as far south as Invercargill and Auckland in the north. Boiler surveys in Samoa and plant commissioning in Nauru. Combustion work has been a major area from burning tallow to waste oil. Heat recovery has been another key area from blowdown to water combustion gasses saving energy.
